Quickly produce a project plan:
* Use Chart Builder Wizard to assist with bar chart creation
* Step-by-step instructions on setting up the calendar and project details
* Draw bars directly on the screen or enter them in activity table
* Define the sequence in which tasks should occur by linking them in the bar chart or activity table
* Up to 500 activities per project
* Create multiple calendars to reflect project constraints
* The critical path is automatically calculated for your project, instantly highlighting tasks whose late completion will delay completion of the entire project
* Create tasks in any time unit between minutes and years
* Set ASAP, ALAP, Start After, Finish By(soft) and Finish On constraints
* Use FS, SS, FF, SF links with leads/lags
* Promote/demote tasks to build up WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
* Expand/collapse summary tasks in bar chart and roll up multiple bars onto one line
* Store additional information in 10 text, 5 numeric and 5 date fields
* Create up to 2000 activity codes (lookup tables)
* Filter, sort and group tasks by any field (name, duration, code, etc) including user-defined fields
* ‘Time Slice’ auto filter; just drag mouse across date bar to create a ‘look-ahead’ programme
Progress and re-schedule a project plan:
